Hey everyone! Hopefully soon we will have a full plan up and run, for now lets join up and talk about workouts, programs, how hows everything is going.
I will start Jonas K. Andersen 37 years of age Crossfitter/triatlet Focus on training: being able to do everything Program: a mix of crossfit for Vo2Max and build a solid strong and functionel body, while swim, run and bike is on the sideline as active recovery.
