The Beautiful Mind Foundations program begins this Thursday at 11am Guatemala time.

We start this Thursday at 11AM (GMT-6).

This is the only time I will be teaching this Foundations program live, and it is completely free for everyone inside the community.

A bit about Foundations 👇👇👇

For those who are newer here, or for those who have been around for years and are wondering what exactly this program is about, I want to share a little context.

I first picked up A Course in Miracles in my early twenties. I made it about a third of the way through before putting it back on the shelf. At the time I could sense there was something profound in it, but I guess I was not ready to receive it fully.

Instead I spent nearly a decade exploring other paths. I studied trauma healing, somatic therapy, parts work, shadow work, psychedelics, and many different approaches that were helpful at the time. I taught and shared these modalities for years and watched many people benefit from them.

Eventually A Course in Miracles returned to me, and this time I read it with completely different eyes.

What became clear very quickly is that the Course is not trying to help us master the world. It is not trying to help us perfect the personality, heal every wound, or integrate every fragment of the psyche.

It is pointing to awakening from the entire dream of separation.

Pure non-duality teaches that only Love is real. God, or Brahman, is the only true reality. Everything else arises from the belief that we are separate from that Love.

From this perspective the world appears real, the body appears real, and the mind appears real, but they are part of a dream created by the belief in separation.

When this truly landed for me, I stopped searching through endless modalities and turned my full attention to this path.

That does not mean the earlier work was wrong. Trauma work, somatic work, inner child work, and parts work all served their purpose. They were steps along the path that led here. I will never forget that, and still encourage these modalities to different people at different stages of their journey.

The Foundations program lays out the core teachings f pure non-duality and the practice of radical forgiveness that allows the belief in separation to dissolve at its root.
