Non duality is pretty fascinating as I’m diving in to it but How do you speak to God/Voice of love/Higher self? Must it be just Yes/No questions or how does it work please? How do I know that I just don’t speak to myself because I used to be quite good at speaking to myself when I was home alone in my room 😆
