I started out in the production cast and worked my way up to becoming a headliner and I’ll tell you… I was seriously f****ng humbled the first time I stepped on stage with my name carrying the entire show 🤣 My second gig in, I remember thinking, “I don’t know if I can do this.” I was shocked by the responsibility of having to carry the entire performance from start to finish, even though I knew that’s what the format was. But it’s different seeing a headliner, than being on stage doing the damn thing. Being a headliner isn’t just about having a great voice. It’s about the training, building your script, choosing the right songs, creating the right flow, connecting with the audience, and understanding how every little detail affects your show. It’s a different skill set, but it’s one of the most rewarding transitions you can make 💫 Are any of you production cast performers thinking about making the jump to headliner 👀 What worries or questions do you have?
