Thinking is always about the future or the past. Feeling is always about the now. You cannot feel what’s in the future. Sure you can feel what you’ve felt before when reliving a memory or you can feel a certain way about a future event, but you’re feeling now. You can also think about now, but it will only keep you at a distance from the present moment. Give it a try. What can you think up about your present moment. It’s all projection of your mind on the moment, it’s not the actual experience you’re describing. Or you’re listing experiences (feeling), which is good, you’re entering the now! Why is this important? In 2018 I found out about goal setting. I learned that when you set goals, you’re probably going to reach them. So I started changing my life, quite fast. I figured the most important areas of my life were wealth, health and happiness. So I started setting goals around those aspects. Examples were Wealth: I’ll earn €100K gross per year before 31/12/2019 Health: I’ll to weigh 75 kilograms with a fat percentage of 15% Happiness: I’ll journal about 5 things I’m grateful for every day of 2018 And for mysterious reasons most of my goals became reality, usually on time or a little bit later. In 2020 for example I had a health goal that was very challenging. I said I was going to work out 5 times a week, and weigh 75 kg with a 12% fat percentage. Challenging because I like food and even though I like working out I also enjoy not working out. I usually set my goals late December for the year to come. It was already March and I had hardly been working out, if anything I gained weight and my fat percentage went up. But then something big happened to support this goal, COVID-19. My gym closed and all I had was a playground close by that also had some bars that could be used for calisthenics. I made a new friend that was already doing calisthenics and within months I reached my goal and beyond. I was able to do over 20 pull-ups, 10 muscle-ups, human flags and a lot of other cool stuff. I felt great and strong.

think and grow rich made me think and grow poor in 2018 i was listening to a podcast by michael pilarczyk he talked about think and grow rich thoughts are things you can choose your thoughts you become what you think add burning desire and emotion and you bend reality my mind went wild this felt revolutionary finally a framework to control life fast forward a few years i was fully committed goals morning rituals affirmations visualization discipline feeding my mind the right information and yes in many ways my life improved better health more money more focus more spirituality but not less suffering actually the opposite my mind was constantly ahead of life thinking about what was next what was missing what needed fixing it was never enough and i was never enough that is when i understood something uncomfortable the buddha was right the mind and desire are powerful sources of suffering thinking pulls you out of life into the past or the future never into now life only happens now you cannot think your way into the present moment that is why buddhists speak about no mind not because the mind is bad but because it is the wrong tool for peace what changed everything for me was not thinking better it was feeling feeling the breath now feeling the belly now feeling my feet on the ground now attention can only be in one place when it is with sensation it cannot be lost in thought you will get distracted and you return that return is the real practice a bicep curl for awareness feeling made me truly grow rich it helped me feel ok without fixing notice what is here and make cleaner decisions from the body the mind lies the body does not this is next level truth feel and grow rich have you been feeling more in the classroom of this community lately? how has that been for you?

Error fixed - 404 feel found again
Hi all some of you brought to my attention that the video’s in the 21 day feel again journey weren’t all working. I’ve fixed this now, so nothing’s stopping you anymore. Stop cutting trees with your old axe, let’s sharpen together. And by sharpen I mean let’s not do much of anything. Let’s just feel and see what wealth lies in that experience. Really excited to hear about your experiences in the classroom here.
