Seeing as though I have to make some technical adjustments, I won’t be able post the chi (energy) activation video YET. So here is a brief summary explaining how to do it. (This is an easy meditation) Level 1: Begin by sitting or lying down relaxed. Breathe in through your nose for 5 seconds, deep and gradually and let your stomach fill up with warm energy. Let your stomach rise naturally. Then exhale gradually deep through your nose for 10 seconds and let that warm energy go through out your entire body. Do this for about 5-10 minutes or at least until you feel your energy. Remember chi can be subtle often, meaning not intense. If you feel anything from it then that means you are doing it right. Usually it’s a tingling sensation, vibration, warm, euphoric etc. It can vary from person to person. So when you get up from the practice and go about your day, you can still do it with your regular breathing. Just be conscious of it. If your attention moves away from it, just bring it back to your practice. It’s just like exercise, the more you do it the stronger you get. This will also help with stress and anxiety or anything low vibrational. Even a rough spiritual awakening of course. I am here to walk you through this. I will be back with Level 2.
