There comes a point where you realise… you’re not actually “seeking” anymore. You’re remembering. Not learning something new… but recognising something that was always there. That everything is connected. Your thoughts, your body, your energy, nature, other people… even the moments that didn’t make sense at the time. And when you slow down… when your nervous system settles… you begin to feel it. Not as an idea. As truth. There’s no rush in this. Nothing to force. Just a quiet unfolding. If you feel that… you’ll understand.

And yes the moons are local as well. Someone filmed a video of a sun pulsating and revealing a grid like pattern over it. This is a screenshot by the way. Ever heard of the project about the government launching a new sun with hexagram designs. The story came out a few years ago. There’s been videos popping up all over social media. A farmer that grows sunflowers noticed that all of his sunflowers turned away from the sun, instead of facing it. This is unnatural. What are your thoughts on this?

I was intensifying my chi like always and scrolling on the phone. I quickly moved my hand back with built up chi then boom an object fell over. Refer to the pinned post about chi if you want to learn how to do things like this.

Chi is everything, but to put it simple it is energy. Consciousness. Just like everything is made up of atoms, yes! You can move this energy around. You can literally consciously recreate your whole reality with it, given enough practice. If you want to learn how to use it, you need to begin by taking at least 30 minutes of quiet time with yourself. Dim the lights or turn them off. Let go of any distractions, doubts, negative thought patterns and just be with yourself. Inhale through your nose for 7 seconds and then exhale through your mouth for 7 seconds. Do this gradually for 10 times. 10 sets. Now that you are deeply relaxed, allow yourself to acknowledge the sensations that you are feeling. Whether it be a warm feeling, tingling, a force, vibrations, whatever it may be. That is your chi. The same way that you feel it occurring, feel it (will it) moving anywhere in your body that you desire. In this case we will have it building up in our hands. This energy is always present. The thing is to be consciously aware of it and direct it intentionally. Intentions and concentration is key. Ball your hands up into a tight fist for about 20 seconds. When you release your fist, maintain the feeling that you feel in your hands. Will it. Concentrate and intensify it. This is you consciously directing your chi (life force energy). For an experiment, continue to will the intensity of the energy in your hand(s). Move your hand around slowly in a circular motion. This helps to build and detect chi. This energy is everywhere. Now that you know how to tap into your energy field, know that you can do anything with this energy with enough clear intentions and willpower. You can bless your food, heal yourself, turn on a light bulb, the list goes on. I hope that you find this easy to do and beneficial.
