Starter Roadmap Day 7 - Next Build Priority
Day 7 of the 7-Day Community Starter Roadmap is where everything you mapped turns into one cleaner next move. By now, you have looked at: - your community starting point - your member journey - your first clear win - your welcome flow - your weekly rhythm - your classroom path Now we decide what should happen next. 👉 Start with Day 7 here: Next Build Priority List Today’s companion guide helps you create your Next Build Priority List. You will sort: - what you understand more clearly now - what still feels loose - what should be built first - what can wait - what belongs inside the full Blueprint - what decision you need to make next Open the Day 7 guide, fill in the panel, then click Copy Priority Post. Then click Share in the community, paste it here in Build in Public, and include your community link if you want people to follow what becomes clearer from here. This is where the link can create an open loop. People have seen the starting point, the journey, the first win, the welcome, the rhythm, and the path. Now they get to see what you are choosing next. That makes the community feel alive without making the post feel like a launch announcement. The right person can click because they want to see where it goes. That is the quiet conversion path. 👉 Start with Day 7 here: Next Build Priority List The goal was never to finish the whole community in seven days. The goal was to see the shape clearly enough to know what to build next. .

Starter Roadmap Day 2 - Member Journey
Day 2 of the 7-Day Community Starter Roadmap is about the path your members are already trying to walk. This is where the build starts to feel more grounded. 👉 Start with Day 2 here: Member Journey Sketch Because your community is not just a place to put content. It is a space people join because something in their current situation feels unresolved, and they want help moving toward something clearer, easier, more supported, or more possible. Today’s companion guide helps you create your Member Journey Sketch. You will map: - where your members are now - what they are trying to move toward - what feels confusing or heavy - what they have probably already tried - what kind of support would help them - the first shift they need to make Open the Day 2 guide, fill in the panel on the right, then click Copy Journey Post. Then click Share in the community, come back here to Build in Public, and paste your post. This is also a good day to include your community link, because the journey does a lot of the quiet sorting for you. When someone reads the path you are describing and sees their own situation in it, the link stops feeling like a promotion. It becomes the next place they can look. You are not saying, “Come join my community.” You are showing the journey your community is built around, and the right person gets to decide if they want to step closer. 👉 Start with Day 2 here: Member Journey Sketch This is the day where your idea starts becoming a path.
Starter Roadmap Day 6 - Classroom Path
Day 6 of the 7-Day Community Starter Roadmap is about your classroom. This is where many communities start to get heavy. The owner has ideas, resources, old trainings, frameworks, and things they could upload. So the classroom becomes a storage room. But a classroom is more useful when it supports the member journey. 👉 Start with Day 6 here: Classroom Path Today’s companion guide helps you create your Classroom Path Sketch. You will decide: - the first place members should go - the first resource or page they need - what that resource should help them understand - the first action the classroom should support - the first win it points toward - what can be added later - what should stay out for now Open the Day 6 guide, fill in the panel, then click Copy Classroom Post. Then click Share in the community, paste it here in Build in Public, and include your community link if you want people to see the kind of path your space is creating. This day gives your link structure. It shows that your community has a reason behind the resources, the categories, and the first steps. For someone who is curious, that matters. They can see there is a path forming, and the link lets them look at the space with that path in mind. You are not asking them to join from a cold pitch. You are letting the structure make the invitation feel obvious. 👉 Start with Day 6 here: Classroom Path This is the day where your classroom starts becoming a path members can actually follow. .

Starter Roadmap Day 5 - Weekly Rhythm
Day 5 of the 7-Day Community Starter Roadmap is where we look at what keeps the community moving after the welcome moment. This is where many owners put pressure on themselves to post more, create more prompts, or show up with something new every day. But a community does not need random activity. It needs rhythm. 👉 Start with Day 5 here: Weekly Rhythm Today’s companion guide helps you create your Weekly Rhythm Starter. You will choose: - one moment that brings members back to the work - one moment that invites connection or reflection - one moment that helps members ask for support - one moment that notices progress - the easiest time for you to show up consistently - a rhythm you can repeat without overcomplicating it Open the Day 5 guide, fill in the panel, then click Copy Rhythm Post. Then click Share in the community, paste it here in Build in Public, and include your community link if you want people to understand what participation could feel like in your space. This is a strong day for quiet promotion because rhythm is one of the things people are really choosing when they join a community. They are asking, “Can I see myself showing up here?” Your post helps them answer that. Your link gives them somewhere to check the feel of the room without you needing to say, “Join us.” That is why this belongs in Build in Public. The rhythm makes the community easier to imagine. 👉 Start with Day 5 here: Weekly Rhythm A rhythm gives members something to recognize and return to. .

Starter Roadmap Day 4 - Welcome Flow
Day 4 of the 7-Day Community Starter Roadmap is about the first few moments after someone joins. That moment matters. A new member just stepped into a new space. They are looking around, trying to understand where they are, what this community is here to help them do, and what they should do first. 👉 Start with Day 4 here: Welcome Flow Today’s companion guide helps you create your Welcome Flow Draft. You will map: - what you want a new member to feel first - what you want them to understand - where you want them to go - what first action you want them to take - which first win you are pointing them toward - how you can invite them to participate warmly Open the Day 4 guide, fill in the panel, then click Copy Welcome Post. Then click Share in the community, paste it here in Build in Public, and include your community link if you want people to see the space you are welcoming people into. This day gives your link a softer job. It lets people feel the doorway before they ever walk through it. When you explain how someone is received, oriented, and invited into movement, people get a small taste of the experience. If that feels good to them, the link lets them look without you having to pull them in. That is the special part. The welcome flow creates curiosity before the community link ever has to carry conversion. 👉 Start with Day 4 here: Welcome Flow The goal is a first moment that feels clear and human. .
