Hi, Welcome... Start Here
If you are new here, this is the easiest way to choose your first step. There are two free resources inside the Start Here Classroom. And if you already know you want help planning the full launch, I’ll show you that option too. -------------------------------------------------- 👉 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝟳-𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗥𝗼𝗮𝗱𝗺𝗮𝗽... If your community idea still feels a little loose. This helps you get clear on who your community is for, what your members need first, how they should be welcomed, what kind of weekly rhythm makes sense, and what you should build next. Use this when you want to see the first shape of your community before you start adding more pieces. -------------------------------------------------- 👉 𝗨𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗸𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗠𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘂𝗺 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗞𝗶𝘁... If you already have a community idea, or you already have a Skool community, and you want to make the experience easier for members to move through. This helps when new members need a clearer first step, your weekly rhythm needs more structure, members are getting wins that could be easier to share, or the repeated work behind the scenes needs to feel easier to run. Use this when you want to make one part of your community clearer, warmer, or easier to follow. -------------------------------------------------- 👉 𝗖𝗵𝗼𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝟳-𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗦𝗸𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗟𝗮𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵 𝗕𝗹𝘂𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝘁... If you want help planning the full launch from start to finish. This walks you through your community model, niche, offers, welcome path, weekly rhythm, setup, and next priorities in 7 days. You can grab it for a one-time payment of $67, or join us inside AI for Online Skool Educators and get it included during your 7-day trial.

Stop Chasing: a 3-step path to steady engagement you can maintain
We already have 11 members saying the same thing: you want engagement without feeling like you’re constantly chasing people. Most owners stop at “more prompts” or “weekly challenges.” 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘂𝗻𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝗽𝗶𝗲𝗰𝗲: How to turn the ask-then-wait pattern into a predictable, low-effort habit loop that runs even when you’re not online. 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲’𝘀 𝗮 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝟯-𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗵 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸. Each step focuses on reducing chase and increasing predictable member movement. 𝟭) 𝗣𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘆, 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 - Choose one micro-action you want members to do (e.g., post a 1-sentence win, share today’s priority, or drop a single screenshot). Keep it < 60 seconds to complete. - Put that action into a single, obvious place (a named weekly thread or a classroom pinned post). Clarity beats creativity here. 𝟮) 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗮 𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗴𝗲𝗿 + 𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗳 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗽 - Schedule one repeating prompt you’ll post every week with the same format and CTA (title the thread so members recognise it: e.g., “Friday 1-Line Wins”). - Capture and reuse the small wins: when a member responds, acknowledge them quickly and copy one short win into a highlight post or pinned “wins” doc. Seeing others is the main fuel for repeat participation. 𝟯) 𝗥𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝘄𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗯𝘂𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗿𝘂𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘄𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 - Create a simple rule: if a member posts X, they get a reply template from you (copy-paste). That keeps responses consistent without thinking. - Use the Community Post Builder or a Community Challenge template to create the prompt once, then schedule or reuse it. If you have integrations, send one-line wins into a shared doc so you can repurpose them later without hunting. 𝗤𝘂𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗰𝗼𝗽𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸: - Thread title: “Tuesday Micro-Wins” - Prompt: “Drop one thing you shipped or learned this week (1 sentence).” - Owner step: Reply with “Love this - saved to Wins” and copy the best one to the pinned wins thread each Friday. This lowers the friction for members (tiny action), increases social proof (regular highlights), and protects your time (repeatable format + copyable replies).

Mira brings Finland in the house - Welcome Mira!
@Mira Kivistö I read the description of Ylittäjät, and even though my Finnish is limited to google translate, the feeling of it comes through clearly: Entrepreneurs do not have to try alone. There is something really warm in that. A place for information, support, joy, tips, contacts, collaboration, learning, and encouragement. A place that stays positive and solution-focused without pretending difficult things do not exist. That is a strong community atmosphere. The question I would gently sit with next is not “what AI system do I need?” Because you already said you do not know that yet. The better question may be: What is the first kind of support a consultant or entrepreneur should feel when they arrive? Is it: I found people who understand this stage. I know what to ask for help with. I can share a challenge and get a solution-focused response. I can find a useful contact. I can name one strength I can use this week. I do not have to figure this out alone. That first feeling matters. Because right now, your intake says “for consultants,” and your community page speaks more broadly to entrepreneurs. Both can work, but the first version of the path may need one clear doorway. Since you already have a Skool community, I would begin with the Skool Momentum Builder Kit. Use it to look for the place where the community needs more momentum or more clarity. Not in a heavy way. More like: Where does someone land? What do they do first? What kind of support are they invited to ask for? What kind of win should they have in the first few days? What makes the space feel useful, not just friendly? You may not need to know the whole system yet.

🗓️ I just drafted a simple weekly rhythm for the community I am (re)-building.
This is not a full content calendar yet. It is the repeatable pattern I want members to recognize, return to, and trust. 🔁 MY WEEKLY RHYTHM STARTER 🧭 The moment that brings members back to the work is: A Monday prompt that helps members choose one real-life moment or pattern to watch for that week. 💬 The moment that invites connection or reflection is: A midweek check-in where members share what they are noticing about the pattern, without needing to have changed it yet. 🛟 The moment that helps members ask for support is: A weekly thread where members can bring one specific moment they are struggling with and receive help finding the pattern and one practical next move. ✨ The moment that celebrates or notices progress is: A Friday thread that helps members recognize noticing, pausing, choosing, and recovering as real progress. 📅 The easiest day or time for me to show up consistently is: Late morning, late afternoon ✅ The rhythm I can repeat without overcomplicating it is: Monday Notice, Wednesday Reflection, and Friday Reps, with one simple support opportunity connected to the week’s focus. 🎯 This rhythm supports the first win because: It repeatedly brings members back to finding the moment between urge and action, understanding what happened there, and recognizing noticing itself as progress. 🔗 My community link: https://www.skool.com/fit-women-50-4957/about That is the weekly rhythm I can see right now. I am sharing it here so the community has a simple pattern members can return to. 🌱
