Thanks, @Matt Harrington, for the recommendation to share this with the group! :) Hey everyone! I'm a BCBA, state clinical director, and independent practitioner who also has a "blog" that's more of a library of resources for families and anyone ABA-adjacent. I recently started a series I've called (pretty uncreatively) The RBT Experience. I interviewed former and current behavior technicians to gain insights into some of their personal experiences in the field. While my sample size was very small, I don't promote this to be some exact scientific study--but the results should help to inform how we navigate supervision, family support, and more. Part 3 on parent participation (https://fromthenestbx.com/blog-the-rbt-experience-part-3) is my most recent installment but you can also check out my series Intro and Parts 1 (Welcome to ABA) and 2 (the physical and emotional impact of the RBT role). I hope to have Part 4 on supervision up soon.
