Question for the Group
We just wrapped up journal club (don't miss the next one, every Tuesday at 9 EST)! I will be posting the full recording soon, but I am curious about this.
The article was teaching "Feedback Reception Skills" and these were the target behaviors they were trying to increase.
So, my question is, as a supervisor, WHAT is your expectation your supervisees when you are giving feedback? Do you think this is a good list? What would you change?
