I’ve lived in my home for just on 5 years…. For the last 4 & 1/2 years I have only used a microwave or air fryer to cook….I disconnected the gas because I wasn’t using my oven or cook top.
Yesterday I got the gas put back on as I now want to make my food… make alternate healthy snacks , make larger quantities of wholesome foods.
So today I made a sample trial ( makes approx 5 -6 serves) of a healthy high protein flat bread using only 3 ingredients…
1 Avocado
1 egg
1.5 tbs of cottage cheese
Salt & pepper
Mix all ingredients together and then spoon onto a lined baking tray.
Cook at 200 degrees for approx. 20 mins..
Dinner tonight was the flat bread with lettuce, tomato and onion filling…
