Best diet for a cut?
Yo yo yo let’s try and get this going a little bit’ Keep it friendly, but let’s try and have a little debate here. What do you guys think? The best workout is in terms of how many days a week you should be training for maximum results during a cut With the goal being fat loss and then on top of that what’s your favorite cardio to do in a cut and what’s your favorite diet plan/food to eat in a cut ?! I love stairmaster, lean red meats, fruits, heavy weights, and my 3 low and 4 high carb days a week! Works for me🔥🤟🏻 Let’s find what works for you👌
