Hello beautiful souls, so happy to be here! Just watched Jake on the Awaken the Christ Within Summit and it was very insightful. I have been doing a daily practice of meditation for a while and recently included breathwork. Beginning to feel the encouraging effects of breathwork. Let's all breathe together and remember our Divine nature! 😊🙏
