Hi there! · Foundations of Ascension

Hi there!

I am grateful to be here. I am from New York [originally Long Island-now located in the Finger Lakes].

I have been on my own ascension journey for a number of years now, and I am excited to learn, discover, and connect with all of you. A little about me... I practice and guide yoga [asana, pranayam, meditation], paddle trips and hikes, and am Reiki attuned. I spend many hours with Mother Earth and she continues to be one of my biggest teachers. I look forward to diving into more of these posts!
