🌿 What Are You Grateful For in Recovery Today? Daily Reflection • Community Check-In
Recovery gives us something priceless: the ability to notice the good again. Sometimes it’s big—like rebuilding trust. Sometimes it’s small—like waking up with a clear mind or feeling the sun on your face. ✨ Gratitude is a tool that pulls us back into the present moment…away from the past.…away from anxiety about the future…and right into now, where healing actually happens. So, let’s spread some light today. Your gratitude might be exactly what someone else needs to read. 💛 💬 Community Prompt: 👉 What are you grateful for in your recovery right now? It can be anything: - A person who believes in you - A boundary you honored - A craving you overcame - A moment of peace - A new perspective - Just making it through the day There’s no wrong answer. Every win counts. Every awareness counts. You count. Share from the heart. Read someone else’s reflection. Comment on one person’s gratitude to lift them up. 🙏
Online Weekly Meetings
I am thinking about offering an online NA meeting once or twice a week. Is this something you would attend? If so, what days would you prefer the meeting to be?
Path to sobriety
I want to acknowledge Erin and the amount of time, love, and energy that she dedicates to helping so many in their path to sobriety.
Sharing with others keeps us from feeling isolated and alone
We want to hear your story and share our own experiences, so we know were not alone! I recovery out loud so others know they don't need to suffer in silence and you should do the same! Please comment with your story!

🌱 Just for Today – November 28th
Maintaining Our Faith In recovery, faith isn’t something we build once and then forget about—it’s something we nurture daily. Today’s meditation reminds us that faith grows through action. Every time we show up, stay clean, lean into the program, or reach out instead of isolating, we feed the trust that keeps us moving forward. Most of us didn’t walk into recovery overflowing with belief or confidence. Many of us came in scared, doubtful, and unsure if change was even possible. But over time, we discovered that if we simply keep taking the next right step, the path reveals itself. We learn that we don’t have to see the whole staircase to climb the next step. Faith doesn’t mean never feeling fear or uncertainty—it means we don’t let those feelings decide our future. 💛 Just for Today I will practice faith by taking positive action in my recovery. I will trust that by doing the work, I am exactly where I need to be. 💬 Reflection- Reply with a comment - Where in my recovery do I need to practice trust today? - How can I show faith through action—even if I’m uncomfortable? - What small step can I take right now to continue growing?
