If I have (or think I have) capacity for 12 hours of work than it's easy to just DO without taking a pause to think about WHAT I'm working on.
Is it actually addressing the bottleneck of my business? Is it really going to lead to revenue? What's the thing I'm avoiding right now that my business really needs?
If I'm working all the time, it's easy to procrastinate. It's easy to burn out all of my courage on busywork.
👉 Paradoxically, If you had only 3 hours per day-- what would you work on? What would your business NEED? How efficient and focused would your output be?
P.S. This is the paradox. Myself and my clients that and I work with often get LESS needle moving tasks done when they allow themselves to work more than people who artificially constrain their work hours. P.P.S. Often it's hard to see this trap without getting an outside perspective. If you'd like to get an outside perspective and haven't already had the opprotunity to talk to my co-founder , this is something he's particularly great it.
