I have been juggling for only a few years now. I can do up to four balls and can do columns, reverse cascade, claw catch, shower, and other patterns. This year I want to see if I can learn the Box and maybe get up to five balls. I was wondering if there are any effective ways to practice. I am completely self taught from YouTube videos so I want to know what are good ways to practice juggling in general. Do I juggle the same pattern for a long time? Or is it better to do a certain amount of throws and then switch to a different type of pattern? Are there any exercises that are helpful? I am just looking to improve and add more patterns to my repertoire and would like to practice efficiently. Thanks 😏🦎
