Form looks really solid. The only thing I noticed is that the collision almost always happens when you slightly overthrow from your left hand which causes the collision at the moment the ball is leaving your right hand. Put a little extra focus on your left throws (most likely your non-dominant hand) to get the distance more even and you should be running reverse cascade for much longer!

To Daniel’s point, you can use a metronome set to 3/4 and make sure your throws happen evenly and rhythmically. This gives you more time to catch and throw in a more relaxed manner like Keller mentioned. Gravity will do its thing so you don’t have to reach up for the catches

I’ve only been juggling for 5 months (clubs for 2 and will learn rings as soon as they arrive this week), if you have any resources I’m all ears.
