I've been trying to learn Mill's Mess by going back and forth between windmill on either side every three throws, but I'm not sure if I'm doing it correctly. Does this count as Mill's Mess?

I've been practicing the reverse cascade for a little while now but I'm still not great at it... I was wondering if I could get any tips?
