This week I thought it would be fun to start a 7-day challenge! Participation is optional but encouraged and this challenge can be started at any time (if you are seeing this post later).
Day 1: Breathe & Begin
Today is about starting gently. No fixing or judging. Just notice what you are feeling and hearing.
Practice (10–15 minutes): Do 2 minutes of relaxed breathing without the flute then do long tones in the middle register. Focus on ease, not volume.
