End-of-year reflection & a New year offering
December is often a time for reflection, gratitude, and setting intentions for the year ahead. As this year comes to a close, I’ve been sitting with what I want the next one to be about — and it comes down to supporting people in feeling more at ease in their bodies, steadier in their minds, and healthier in their daily lives. I’m a certified yoga teacher and currently training in yoga therapy, and I’m offering one-on-one yoga therapy sessions, fully online. These sessions are free or donation-based — free because not everyone has the financial resources to access support, and often those who need it most are the ones who can afford it least. Donation-based because I still believe that when people feel genuinely helped and supported, they naturally want to give something back in return. Yoga therapy can support a wide range of conditions, from physical concerns (such as chronic pain, frozen shoulder, sciatica, insomnia, digestive issues, asthma, autoimmune conditions, and pain management) to mental and emotional challenges (like anxiety, depression, chronic stress, low energy, and overall well-being). It’s gentle, adaptable, and suitable for all ages, body types, and people with physical limitations. If this resonates with you — or if you know someone who might benefit — please feel free to reach out or share this with them. Warmly, Mary marina43956@gmail.com
