Happy Saint Patrick's Day - hope you enjoyed yourselves yesterday
I've settled nicely to Mayo. Tomorrow I hope to have the first surf of the season although the waves are 15ft high, let's see! 🤪🎉
For tomorrows class we will be exploring the theme of Creative Building - each of us are beginning exciting journeys and projects. I would love to share tools and techniques to strengthen our energetic bodies for enhanced inspiration and performance. Just inline with Spring we are each bursting through our shells from the winter slumber ready to make and create.
