Gradual progress over 4 weeks
After spending nearly 4 weeks with David on a a weekly basis I have noticed I am becoming more present in my body and not just my mind. I am noticing how my body is feeling even though my mind is saying something different. The class is also teaching me a lot about time, giving things (everything) time and not jumping ahead. It is great to feel this gradual process which I was not expecting. Last week during the energy healing process I started tripping into a future state as if it were real time manifestation which is all linked to my destiny.

Important Schedule Update
New class times ๐Ÿค— Tuesday & Thursdays @ 8pm There will be one class per week either on a Tuesday or Thursday, theyโ€™re in rotation so Tuesdays class will fall every two weeks and Thursday also every two weeks.
