Thought I would go over some high priority targets and strikes. These are universal and not just found in FMA. Also, should not that we're talking about what we refer to as a "maximum physical response" meaning the threat is high. There's a code in Kali that translates to "better to preserve life than to take it". Always prioritize the non-violent path until you've exhausted all options.
