For some people it’s: 😌 Calm 🙂Focus 🥰 Confidence 🤩 Energy 😃 Clarity 🤗 Support 🤑 Motivation None of these have to be perfect. What Helped You Keep Going?
Sometimes the very things that make us want to quit are the very things that are shaping us the most. What makes you feel like quitting sometimes? For many people it's: -Feeling overwhelmed (balance) -Not seeing results fast enough (expectations) -Carrying too much alone (empty cup syndrome) -Lack of support (no safety net) -Mental or emotional exhaustion (burnout) When you think about the moments that almost made you quit...what helped you keep going? As a registered nurse and mental wellness advocate, I've learned that the best way to build connection and trust with others is to meet them exactly where they are, no matter where that is.
