What’s One Question You Wish You Could Ask About Your Wellness… But Never Do?
Since we have a few new members joining us (welcome! 🫶🏽), let’s open up a space for curiosity without judgment. In FLO Wellness Circle, no question is “too small,” “too simple,” or “too much.” Your questions guide what I create here, the lessons, MindShift Moments, and wellness tools. Today, I want to know: ❓Engagement Question: What’s one wellness or mental-health question you’ve always wanted to ask… but usually hold back? It can be about: ✨ Stress ✨ Overwhelm ✨ Mood ✨ Boundaries ✨ Sleep ✨ Motivation ✨ Emotional patterns ✨ Consistency ✨ Feeling stuck ✨ Life transitions ✨ Managing your energy ✨ Balancing being strong for others Ask anything! I’m here for it. This community grows through your voice.

What’s One Question You Wish You Could Ask About Your Wellness… But Never Do?
What’s One Thing You Want to Feel More of This Week?
Yesterday we checked in with Mind, Mood, and Energy. Today, let’s build on that by focusing on what you want to feel more of … not what’s going wrong, but what you want to grow. For some people it’s: 😌 Calm 🙂Focus 🥰 Confidence 🤩 Energy 😃 Clarity 🤗 Support 🤑 Motivation None of these have to be perfect. You’re just identifying the direction you want to move toward. ❓QUESTION FOR YOU: What’s one feeling you want to experience more of this week and what’s one tiny thing that might help you feel it? Even if the step is small, it still counts.

What’s One Thing You Want to Feel More of This Week?
Where are you today?- Mind, Mood, or Energy?
Let’s do a quick check-in. On a scale of 1–10, where are you today in terms of: 1️⃣ Mind clarity 2️⃣ Mood 3️⃣ Energy No pressure, no explanations needed unless you want to share. These check-ins help me shape the support, tools, and topics I create inside FLO Wellness Circle so everything meets you where you are. ❓ Self-Assessment for YOU: Which number stands out the most for you today? Why? Write it down and revisit it tomorrow. Did anything change? Even if your number didn't change, did how you felt about it from the day before shift?

@Dianne Davis I can meet you at eh...it happens to all of us, and is usually a sign that your mind or body needs a little spark. Is there one small thing you are looking forward to today, or can create to look forward to that you enjoy? Nothing big, just something that feels like it's yours. A few ideas may be: -a connection moment with someone you miss or feel safe with -a micro treat like a new candle, a cup of coffee, or even adding a new song to your playlist -creative spark (journaling, rearranging something small in your home like a corner of your room, jewelry box, drawer etc.) -A 10 minute reset...step outside, stretch, breathe deeply or take a short walk If you try one of these let us know how it worked, or if it didn't. Or something else you try. Thanks for being here!!
What Helped You Keep Going?
Sometimes the very things that make us want to quit are the very things that are shaping us the most. What makes you feel like quitting sometimes? For many people it's: -Feeling overwhelmed (balance) -Not seeing results fast enough (expectations) -Carrying too much alone (empty cup syndrome) -Lack of support (no safety net) -Mental or emotional exhaustion (burnout) When you think about the moments that almost made you quit...what helped you keep going? Your answer might be exactly what someone else here needs today. 🤎

How Can I Help?
As a registered nurse and mental wellness advocate, I've learned that the best way to build connection and trust with others is to meet them exactly where they are, no matter where that is. As Lesson 1 begins, I would love to know specifically what you hope to gain from Flo Wellness Circle and how we can make this a welcoming space you trust and turn to for support and understanding.
