Introduction
Hello my name is Nicole and I’m new to this, I want to do land deals, it’s simpler vs houses. The reason I want a better future for my family especially my children. Im originally from the Bay Area but currently live in Bakersfield, Ca.
What holding me back is the finances, so finding a land deal in Texas is easier for me vs my home state California.
