When we focus on getting in shape, what you are really trying to achieve is creating discipline. Working out should not rely on feelings, so try to make it an unmissable appointment with yourself You don’t skip brushing your teeth because you don’t feel like it, so don’t do it to your workouts. From September to December we’re locking IN on goals, discipline, and RESULTS. 🚀 ❌ No more excuses.✅ Just commitment, accountability, and progress. Imagine where you’ll be by the end of the year if you stay consistent for the next 4 months 👊 — stronger, fitter, and feeling unstoppable going into 2026. This is YOUR season to finish the year stronger than you started 💪 I want you to list 3 goals that you want to hit this last bit of the year!! Mine are: -lose 10 pounds of pure fat -Reset my nervous system by reducing doom scrolling/pointless social media -GET SOME SLEEP!
