One day can’t ruin your weeks progress, just get back on track today and everything will be back to normal. Maybe even get some good personal records.
When it comes to getting dialled in especially with diet, I strongly recommend you keep the diet super simple and similar day to day. This is seriously a dieting hack.
Especially if you’re choosing foods you actually love eating.
Here is my simple method.
Meal 1 - eggs, toast and fruit or a yogurt bowl
Meal 2 - beef minced, rice or potatoes, avocado and veg
Meal 3 - protein bar and some chocolate or cottage cheese and berries
Repeat this weekly and you’ll be shredded in no time.
