ROM over ego lifting
I used to lift heavy not realizing what it was doing to my body. The long term effect of lifting heavy is not worth the knee pain or back pain. Now that I’m back in the gym, I am focusing on ROM (range of motion). I’m seeing better results while my body feels better.
