ROM over ego lifting
I used to lift heavy not realizing what it was doing to my body. The long term effect of lifting heavy is not worth the knee pain or back pain. Now that I’m back in the gym, I am focusing on ROM (range of motion). I’m seeing better results while my body feels better.

Back on the grind
First 1-mile run back in the books. 🏃‍♂️🔥 It reminded me that trading is nothing more than a reflection of who you are on and off the charts. The same discipline it takes to train your body is the same discipline that shows up in your execution. When you strengthen your mind, build consistency, and push yourself outside the markets, it naturally carries over when you’re in the markets. Stay committed, stay focused, and the results follow.

Tips on running
Any tips on how to get back to running a mile in under 8 mins? I used to be able to before I had a baby, now it’s more difficult to keep a steady pace.
