SO today is tried out this new workout protocol I asked @Kody Hull about it and he said it's solid I tried it.
Workout
30 secs shadow boxing
30 secs burpees
30 second shadow boxing
30 second pushups
30 second shadow boxing
30 second situps
30 secs shadow boxing
We have to do this 5x
It was my first day so I did it 3x
Man it hurts this is a mma workout and It destroyed me I'm burning rn.
