Progression not Perfection
You won’t always want to train, eat well, go to bed, etc… the goal isn’t to be perfect, that’s impossible. The goal is to be better than yesterday, week, month… Eat one more piece of broccoli than yesterday. Do one more rep than last week. Gain 5lbs more this month than last… What can you do today, that will make you better than yesterday?
