In December, I hit 110 pounds for 70 seconds. Today, I did 90 pounds for 59 seconds.
What has weakened my dead hang so much? I've gained only a couple pounds since then. I tried giving my forearms a multiweak rest; that didn't help.
What I do is usually 4 sets to failure at the beginning of my weekly arm workout.
How do I fix this and get past 110 pounds for 70 seconds?
