Okay,
So, my apologies for not taking meal photos. However, I had a solid meal with a vast array of different types of foods. This is to ensure that I hit all of my nutrient goals.
In recent times, have learned that you want to push the envelope on whatever you feel can take it the most, this is because you specifically believe in that.
What I mean by that is I think that leaning too much into one thing does not allow for a person to be well rounded.
Ensure you are not always on your computer.
Seak fresh air, sunlight, green/blue areas (hence the sky and grass).
Make sure that you are consuming enough fibre, proper bowel movement (so that your stool is proper).
Drink lot's of water, this allows for your body to work at an optimized rate.
Ask yourself the questions "Could I be doing more?"
If so, what could you be doing more of?
Will this help you get to where you want to be as fast as possible or will it screw things up?
Third question, (answer any if you want), did you go out and get any exercise today?
