I am on my flow . But have been consisntently falling on my sleep. Even tho I am using the sleep cycle app .
There are many reasons which contribute to my low sleep.
1) late workouts
2) late dinner
3) late medications as I have to stay awake for atleast 1 hr for absorption before going to bed .
Am working in fixing these one by one will keep you all informed with the reports and how exactly I fixed it .
