lunch - chicken, veg, and a big sandwich with chicken mince inside. also lots of crackers and cheese.
dinner - had these healthy chicken burritos that were really fire, with homemade guac and some greek yoghurt.
snack - a smoothie bowl
overall was a 8/10. just a normal day nothing to day. but ate too close to bedtime so felt massively full and had some discomfort.
