Pushups.
I have noticed that the activity rate in here is down, and as one of the founding members, gotta do sumfin bout it. I want everyone to do at least 50 pushups a dy for the rest of april and the whole of may, and make a post for it telling that u did it

Need Help For Workout PLAN! 🔥🙏
So I have been doing the same push pull leg, shit and it's honestly getting kind of boring, and tiring, I still want to do push pull legs, but this time I want to maximise HYPERTROPHY. I want a full bodybuilder workout plan, with no cardio, and no abs. I want it to be push pull legs, and no supersets. @Kody Hull if you could help me with this, I would appreciate.

why no cardio and no abs? cardio is one of the most important things you could possibly do??

hey guys i dont know if you have noticed but i stopped posting a few days ago. im 16 and have my gcses to deal with so im busy cramming for that, i wont be posting for the next couple weeks. any tips on studying the whole day while losing fat ??

breakfast - 3 eggs, 3 pieces of turkey bacon, some cherry tomatoes lunch - a bunch of rotis with palak paneer. some deep fried fish fingers. also had a hardees burger and fries my brother ordered dinner - some grilled chicken with broccoli and siracha sauce. and some leftover hardees. also water with acv and a glass of milk. overall today was a 5/10. obviously the hardees brought it tumbling down but the bacon has seed oils in it and the siracha sauce could not have been healthy. hey at least i didnt have sugar. although ive stopped thinking about it completely...

@Victor Yanish i know right, the thing is my nana things we love them so he tries to make them all the time so we visit him more.

lunch - chicken, veg, and a big sandwich with chicken mince inside. also lots of crackers and cheese. dinner - had these healthy chicken burritos that were really fire, with homemade guac and some greek yoghurt. snack - a smoothie bowl overall was a 8/10. just a normal day nothing to day. but ate too close to bedtime so felt massively full and had some discomfort.

@Victor Yanish that shouldnt be too hard, we are out of cheese lol. but they are just so addicting its crazy.
