breakfast - 3 eggs, 3 pieces of turkey bacon, some cherry tomatoes lunch - a bunch of rotis with palak paneer. some deep fried fish fingers. also had a hardees burger and fries my brother ordered dinner - some grilled chicken with broccoli and siracha sauce. and some leftover hardees. also water with acv and a glass of milk. overall today was a 5/10. obviously the hardees brought it tumbling down but the bacon has seed oils in it and the siracha sauce could not have been healthy. hey at least i didnt have sugar. although ive stopped thinking about it completely...
