I’ve made some really solid progress with my binge eating. For the past two weeks, I’ve been eating much more intuitively, and I even got through Christmas without bingeing especially on foods I didn’t truly want. When I checked in with my doctor, he confirmed that I’m heading in a very healthy direction.
What’s helped me the most are 's ind and compassionate views. He reminded me that genuinely enjoying food like sharing cookies with family when you actually crave them, is not only completely healthy, but also totally normal.
