progress update 🚀 immmpreeesssiv.
I’ve made some really solid progress with my binge eating. For the past two weeks, I’ve been eating much more intuitively, and I even got through Christmas without bingeing especially on foods I didn’t truly want. When I checked in with my doctor, he confirmed that I’m heading in a very healthy direction. What’s helped me the most are @Michael Stuttgart 's ind and compassionate views. He reminded me that genuinely enjoying food like sharing cookies with family when you actually crave them, is not only completely healthy, but also totally normal. All the tools and strategies he taught me have made a huge difference too. 🚀🚀🚀🚀

@Michael Stuttgart Okay, real talk: I’m a certified food goblin.😂😂 Like, if calories were Pokémon, I’d have caught ’em all… multiple times. I lose weight, I gain weight, I lose it again, I find it again—like it’s playing hide-and-seek and I’m REALLY bad at seeking. Honestly, at this point I’m 90 % emotionally support snacks and 10 % “I swear I’ll start Monday.” I’m tired of looking in the mirror and doing that dramatic sigh that scares the cat. I’m done disappointing my own reflection. It’s giving “sad rom-com sequel nobody asked for.” So yeah… 2026 is coming, and I wanna show up to next year looking like I actually respect myself a little. Doesn’t even have to taste good. Just make the scale stop laughing at me. I’m ready to stop being my own villain origin story. Help a chaotic raccoon in a human suit out? Pretty please? I promise I’ll try to speak nicer to myself… starting after this last family-size bag of chips. 🙃
