For all of my clients, the weekend tends to be the ultimate test of discipline 🤓 This is where you can backslide if you are not mindful, and undo much of the hard work you have put in throughout Mon - Fri. Your weekends should be enjoyed 🎉 and act as a 'de-load' for you, and cheat MEALS are ok, but cheat DAYS are what we need to try and avoid. The simple meal plans I have shared with you should act as a guide to help you understand portion size and food choice. As a simple rule of thumb when eating intuitively when you are out at restaurants. ✔️ Only eat until 70% full ✔️ Hand size - lean protein ✔️ Palm size - carbs ✔️ Hand size - veggies If you are going to have a few alcoholic bevvies 🍷, then consider dropping your carbs from one of your meals on that day and fill up on lean protein and veggies, as alcohol is essentially all carbs.
