The Weekend is HERE!!
For all of my clients, the weekend tends to be the ultimate test of discipline šŸ¤“
This is where you can backslide if you are not mindful, and undo much of the hard work you have put in throughout Mon - Fri. Your weekends should be enjoyed šŸŽ‰ and act as a 'de-load' for you, and cheat MEALS are ok, but cheat DAYS are what we need to try and avoid.
The simple meal plans I have shared with you should act as a guide to help you understand portion size and food choice. As a simple rule of thumb when eating intuitively when you are out at restaurants.
āœ”ļø Only eat until 70% full
āœ”ļø Hand size - lean protein
āœ”ļø Palm size - carbs
āœ”ļø Hand size - veggies
If you are going to have a few alcoholic bevvies šŸ·, then consider dropping your carbs from one of your meals on that day and fill up on lean protein and veggies, as alcohol is essentially all carbs.
