Stayed consistent to my goals✔️Got up early✔️Only allowed in my mind and body that which serves me✔️Ate only healthy energy giving foods all day✔️Morning learning ( 10 mins stoic philosophy + chess )✔️Morning journal ( 3 mins )✔️Cold shower ( 3 mins )✔️Deep breath meditation ( 10 mins )✔️ Morning exercise ( 20 min get up and go workout )✔️Felt great and high energy all day ✔️Smashed my get to do list✔️Afternoon strength work ( 20 mins pull ups on the min training )✔️Felt proud at end of day i kept my word to me all day✔️
