Up early✔️Stayed consistent all day to my values✔️only allowed in my mind and my body that which serves me✔️ate only healthy energy giving foods all day✔️journal ( 3 mins )✔️morning learning ( stoic phiolosophy + chess ) 10 mins✔️cold shower ( 3 mins )✔️deep breath meditation ( 10 mins )✔️morning exercise ( 20 min get up and go workout )✔️ felt great all day and was full of energy✔️afternoon strength work ( press-ups = 15 on the min for 20 mins )✔️felt proud at end of day i kept my word to me all day✔️
