Does anyone else here struggle with food noise? I discovered recently my biggest weakness when it comes to training/healthy eating is literally my levels of stress & overthinking (food noise especially 😠) I also keep myself so busy that I forget I need to sit down & relax every now n then!! I’m grateful we’re trying to focus more on lowering cortisol & keeping our bodies at a normal level this camp because I need it right now BAD😂 I don’t know about anyone else but I am ALWAYS in go mode!!
