Today after morning classes, was very hungry. I had to run a few errands and drove right by Dunkin. It would’ve been reeeeally easy & made sense time-wise to get breakfast. I was at the light & could’ve turned right into Dunkin. At the light I thought, having a breakfast wrap & coffee isn’t the WORST thing I could have, but is it the BEST? Nope. My body deserves the BEST. I waited until I got home, had a low cal delish bowl and I feel GREAT. It only takes a few seconds to turn left and NOT make the BEST decision or right and BE THE BEST! Just B🇮🇹🐝
