So in Italia a “fritta” is part pie, part quiche TUTTO DELIZIOSO🤌🏼 My Nonna would take “leftovers” from the fridge and create a completely new dish! Our next Cooking Gathering is Tuesday 12/2 at 6:30pm. This dish has very little prep and even if you move veryyyyy slow - molto molto lento, it will take no longer than 60 minutes.
