Next Gathering: Fritta!
So in Italia a “fritta” is part pie, part quiche TUTTO DELIZIOSO🤌🏼 My Nonna would take “leftovers” from the fridge and create a completely new dish! Our next Cooking Gathering is Tuesday 12/2 at 6:30pm. This dish has very little prep and even if you move veryyyyy slow - molto molto lento, it will take no longer than 60 minutes. Did you ever read the ingredients of GLUTEN FREE? Seriously I’d rather starve. I was thinking about it today as I poured pasta into my chicken broth. Here’s REAL PASTA. No bloat, no headache or sore throat. LOOK AT THE PRICE! More to come😘

I would’ve included a pic of what the pasta looks like - soooo pretty. Bright veggie colors. No fake anything! AND it sounds like 2/3 cup isn’t enough but I mixed in a cup of cottage cheese and a drizzle of olive oil & it was plenty!

Happy Monday! I hope you’re having a GREAT day! I’d like to share something … Today after morning classes, was very hungry. I had to run a few errands and drove right by Dunkin. It would’ve been reeeeally easy & made sense time-wise to get breakfast. I was at the light & could’ve turned right into Dunkin. At the light I thought, having a breakfast wrap & coffee isn’t the WORST thing I could have, but is it the BEST? Nope. My body deserves the BEST. I waited until I got home, had a low cal delish bowl and I feel GREAT. It only takes a few seconds to turn left and NOT make the BEST decision or right and BE THE BEST! Just B🇮🇹🐝 Recipe: 1 can albacore tuna in water 1 cup cottage cheese Spicy pickles 1 plain lightly salted rice cake Protein 57 g Calories 420
