I’m new
Hi everyone. I’m just starting out and am very nervous lol. I lost my ‘normal’ body during menopause and have accumulated fat that I’ve never had before. I just want to feel like me again.

Hey everyone, I’m new here. So here’s my short life story 😅: I had breast cancer and went through chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Because of the chemotherapy, I gained weight — I used to be 60 kg, and now I’m 86 kg. Currently, I take a hormonal injection every month (it stopped my period and helps preserve my ovaries), and I also take tamoxifen every day. My height is 173 cm, and I have gained a lot of fat, especially around my belly. I work out three times per week and try to eat healthy, but I’m not sure how to eat properly or how to calculate calories. I’d really appreciate any help or advice 😅
